Delivery and Returns


Your items will be sent out within 3 working days of your order. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery, and check with your local Post Office before contacting us.




If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you can return it to us and we will refund you with the amount paid for that item, less any reductions which may be applicable. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer, unless goods have a fabric or manufacturing defect. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of receiving the item, and should be in a sellable condition, free from defects and returned in their original packaging. We will need the order number or receipt with every return or exchange. We recommend that returns are properly and securely wrapped and are sent via a recorded delivery as we cannot take responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.


If you wish to change the size or design of a t-shirt or cap, you are welcome to take it into one of our restaurants and we’ll happily exchange it for you (stock depending).


All returns should be addressed to: Red’s True Barbecue, Unit 10 Weaver Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS4 2AU.


Once we have received any returned items and checked them, we will refund your money, less any shipping costs. We usually process a refund or exchange within 3 working days of receipt of your return. We will email you confirmation of the refund. After receiving the confirmation email, please allow a further 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. Unfortunately, this time frame is dictated by your bank or card issuer and is outside of our control. Your refund will be credited to the same card with which you made your original purchase.
