Six years ago, we began a crusade to bring authentic, U.S. low ‘n’ slow barbecue to the people of England. From today, we’re launching our New Discoveries menu.
Red’s has never been just about the food. Our menu is an amazing result of the trips we’ve made, the food we’ve eaten and the inspiration we’ve taken from the people we’ve met along the way. Each and every dish tells its own unique story one way or another.
This time, we’ve had a real focus on versatility across the menu, which means more variety, and some lighter options from the smoker and the grill. Our New Discoveries menu reflects us as a brand – we’re a local neighbourhood barbecue joint that welcomes friends and families into our home every day.
We want to keep offering great new dishes to our loyal returning Believers, as well as open our arms to those who may not have dined with us before.
For guests who continue to worship at the altar of true barbecue, the famous Red’s Classics are still on the menu – whether it’s the Pitmaster Tray, the Donut Burger, or the selection of smoked Meats to customise your own tray – these hallowed dishes aren’t going anywhere, but they are now available with an awesome new range of sides.
If new and different is your thing, there’s plenty to start drooling about. A giant strip of crispy Memphis Pork Belly, or the Stacked Alabama Fish Sandwich scream pure Red’s – but so does the Loaded Superfood Plate for those who like to get their healthy on. The Meat Free Tray is a winner for guests who love great smokehouse barbecue but don’t want meat, and there are a variety of super tasty fish options across the starters and mains, if a lighter bite is what you’re after.
