Celebrating brisket this July

Shout Alleluia from the rooftops believers, because for the month of July we’re celebrating the king of barbecue; brisket.

Dispel from your mind those gruelling Sunday dinners at Grandmas, resentfully chewing your way through a roasted roll of tough brisket.

Times have changed.

Thanks to the Texans, low and slow smoking, and premium quality Black Angus brisket, this cut rises from the ashes to become the most prized dish in barbecue.

That caramel, crunchy peppery bark, the super tasty buttery fat, and juicy pull apart meat, will transport you to meaty nirvana.

But all brisket is not made equal, and at Red’s we’re going to take this opportunity to show you why.

Wednesday 12 July (12pm): Tickets live to grab one of 14 tickets at each Red’s to taste our World’s Championship Competition-style brisket.

Monday 17 July – Sunday 23 July: We’re blessing a free bottle of South Carolina Mustard BBQ sauce on every Brisket & Burnt Ends Tray bought.

Wednesday 19 July: World’s Championship Bar-B-Que Competition Brisket & Burnt Ends event for ticket holders.
