Beef patty, Unholy BBQ sauce, burger cheese, smoked peppered bacon, crispy onions, and Dirty sauce. All between two sweet glazed donuts. Served with Frickles and fries.
Baby Backs & Wings BBQ Tray
1/2 rack of Baby Back ribs, 3 Buffalo wings. Served with fries and slaw.
Pork & Slaw BBQ Tray
Pulled to order. Smoked pork, buttermilk slaw with apple sauce, cracklings and Pickleback salt. Served with fries & slaw.
Red’s Bean Burger
Corn, red kidney and black bean patty, chipotle, crispy sweet potato fries, caramelised onions, tomato, guacamole, mayo, lettuce and burger cheese. Served with fries.
Chocolate Brownie & Ice Cream
Served hot, chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce, ice cream and fresh strawberry
Key Lime Sherbet Fizz
Key Lime Pie, served with raspberry coulis and a dusting of raspberry sherbert
