Squished between Mississippi, Tennessee and Georgia lies Alabama. In BBQ terms this U.S. state is famous for its white, tangy, peppery BBQ sauce which pairs perfectly with smoked chicken.

Free range chickens are slow smoked for 4 hours before finishing over hot coals, and then dunked in the zingy white BBQ sauce. A 1/4 smoked chicken is served with a fresh house salad and BBQ corn; perfect for a Deep South-style lunch.
