As a Line Chef at Reds you will be preparing and cooking authentic barbecue dishes made fresh each day in our kitchen. Whether its producing our divine sides, preparing our amazing desserts, grilling freshly made award-winning burgers, or serving up delicious meat combos fresh from our smokers, you’ll be part of providing an authentic barbecue experience to our hungry guests.
You will need to demonstrate good food knowledge and show skill in preparing top quality ingredients, made from fresh, to a high standard in an open planned kitchen environment. You must have a passion for meat, and a real interest in learning new styles of cooking and service in a fast casual and high volume operation.
