As a Bar Manager at Reds you will support the GM in managing the bar and wet sales element of the business. You will be hands on in leading the bar team, overseeing the bar operation and ensuring your team delivers high quality drinks and the best guest experience. You will be involved in every aspect of your business from financial forecasting and stock management, to maintaining high and consistent standards, to delivering awesome personalised service to inspiring, motivating, training and developing your team.

Red’s True Barbecue is all about bringing authentic US ‘low and slow’ cooking to the UK, with a mix of great food and great drinks. Your aim is to make sure our believers get the drink that makes them coming back for more. Whether that’s creating mind-blowing cocktails that will leave people screaming “Alleluia!”, or offering advice and service on our vast range of bourbons or craft beers, your role is an important one. From greeting and serving guests at the bar, to making drinks for those already dining, we want you to bring your personality and passion for great drinks and share that with our guests.
We are looking for a talented and experienced Cocktail Bar Manager, confident in providing service in a fast casual and high volume operation, passionate about drink (bourbon or craft beers perhaps!), keen to learn and share your knowledge with your team and our guests, and willing to work together to help the whole team provide great service.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
As a Manager you will undertake induction training in one of our existing sites, to give you an in-depth understanding of what makes True Barbecue, how we do things round here, and all the business processes essential to getting on and running your bar each day.
